Who Should Attend: 
These modules are designed for field managers, safety directors, safety committees, owner safety representatives,and insurance/loss control representatives.

Objectives: 
Focuses on the relationship between human behavior andwork-site safety. Participants learn the factors involved inperformance analysis and the techniques used to coachand counsel workers with performance problems.

• Explain the factors involved in analyzing performance.• Discuss the relationship between human behavior andwork-site safety.• Explain the techniques used to coach and counselworkers with performance problems.• Explain the ABC model.  

Cancellation Policy:
Pre-registration is required. If you need to cancel, you must do so at least three business days prior to the course start date.  Invoicing will be sent after course completion and companies will be billed for all registrants.  Companies/Registrants who do not cancel at least three days prior to class start will be charged the entire class fee. 

The AGC of South Dakota has the right to cancel a course within three business days of scheduled class start, or reschedule any classes due to low enrollment or other circumstances beyond our control.
