Are you looking for a summer job that pays well, earns you cap stone credit and can lead you to a career in the construction industry? The Associated General Contractors of South Dakota in collaboration with Rapid City Area schools has created a summer hands-on paid experience that will give you the chance to earn while you learn. Through a blend of classroom instruction and on-the-job training, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from the best in the business.

This program is for high school rising juniors and seniors in the Rapid City area, including their surrounding communities.

This application will be closed on May 1st, 2024.

HOW THIS WORKS

You’ll interview with construction professionals  to determine job requirements and opportunities. If selected, you’ll receive paid training including classroom instruction, lab construction projects and on-the-job training.
